Growing Success: How one of our horticulture clients blossomed with ERP Integration for their routines.

Client has many different farms around the states, having more than 500 acres of land, consisting of many different FARMS and stores for each farm. It was challenging for him to manage routine operations, like paying weekly wages to laborers, managing attendance on a daily basis, auto-calculating their deductions while paying weekly, managing the chemicals and materials they consumed on Each farms and to managing different activities, and monitoring who was assigned supervisor, etc. The client's main objective was to overcome all these problems and make an automated system that could help to easily operate all these operations.

The Challenge :

Managing attendance for the laborers on a weekly basis with a manual sheet was a bit challenging, as was calculating their weekly labor charge. Managing stock into different warehouses and when to order them was a bit challenging too. calculating and paying their weekly payment with manual attendance was also challenging.

So, manual processes and disjointed systems led to frequent stock shortages, order delays, and customer dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the lack of real-time data hindered strategic decision-making, limiting the company's ability to respond to the market.

Solution :

With our customized ERP Solution we have solved all these problems of customers that help them to automate their daily attendance of the laborers and their internal staff. give them a provision where they can generate a weekly payment sheet that automatically calculates the wages to be paid based on the days attended in the week. Also, it helps them to manage how many in-house laborers are engaged on particular farms and how many are outsourced on contract based on extra work needed. Client can easily operate all these with a customized mobile application that is synchronized with the ERP System. which makes their operations smoother and better. Our multi-company and multiple-warehouse feature in the application makes their internal inventory transfer smoother.

After Implementation customer has experienced a remarkable transformation: Inventory accuracy improved by 95%, leading to a 30% reduction in stock shortages and a 20% increase in on-time deliveries. It will be close to perfect as they continue using the system and following best practices. The ERP's advanced analytics capabilities enabled data-driven decisions.
