How Faculty Management Works
The Faculty Management module provides a complete profile for every faculty member in your institution. Each record captures general contact details, educational qualifications with certificates, health information, and full employment history. Profiles are easy to create, update and search — giving admin and HR a single source of truth for all staff data.
Faculty Menu — Kanban View & Faculty Form
The Faculties menu lists all faculty members in a Kanban view — each card shows the faculty member's photo, name, job position, degree qualification, phone number and email address at a glance.
The Faculty Form has a unique auto-generated Faculty ID (e.g. FAC/2024/07/1) and captures all core information:
- Personal:Name, Father Name, Surname, Address (Street, City, State, Country, Pin Code)
- Professional:Job Position, Work Address, Education Level, Occupation
- Location:Village, Province, District
- Contact:Phone, Work Phone, Mobile, Emergency Contact, Email
- Employment dates:Joining Date, Ending Date
- Source:How Know Our School (e.g. Through Google)
Here you can add faculties by filling in details such as name, father name, surname, address, educational level and many more.
Faculty Details Tab — Personal & Educational Details
The Faculty form has four tabs across the top: Faculty, Educational Details, Health Detail, and Details of Employment Experience.
The Faculty tab captures personal details:
- Gender (Male / Female)
- Date of Birth — Age and Detailed Age auto-calculated
- Religion, Caste
- Employee name linked
- Place of Birth
The Educational Details tab captures qualifications:
- Degree (e.g. Master Degree)
- Subject / Specialisation (e.g. Computer)
- Degree Certificate — Upload your file
- College (e.g. Darshan University)
- Board / University (e.g. Gujarat Board)
- Qualifying Date
Here in this section user can verify all the educational details of a particular faculty.
Health Detail Tab (with Open Health Detail Wizard) & Employment Experience Tab
Health Detail & Employment Experience Tabs
The Health Detail tab stores the faculty member's complete health information. In this wizard the user can add health details and also create checkup records:
- Blood Group, Height (C.M.), Weight
- Eye Glasses (Yes/No) and Eye Glasses Number
- Physical Challenge, Major Diseases flags
- Any Regular Checkup Required
- Checkup Details:Date, Checkup Detail, Checkup Recommendation
The Details of Employment Experience tab records work history. Here in this section user can provide the details of employment experience:
- Name of Institute / University / School
- Post Held / Designation
- Date range (from → to)
- Basic Salary Last Drawn, Pay Scale and Grade Scale
- Nature of Duties
- Supporting Documents — Upload your file
