Health Records

Student Health Detail — Open Health Detail Wizard

In the Student form, click on the Health Detail tab to see the health records list for that student. Click Add a line (or open any existing record) to open the Health Detail wizard.

The wizard captures:

• Type— Student (auto-set)
• Height (C.M.)— e.g. 152.00
• Weight— e.g. 42.00
• Blood Group— e.g. A+ve
• Eye Glasses?— Yes / No checkbox
• Eye Glasses Number— if applicable
• Physical Challenge?— flag checkbox
• Major Diseases?— flag checkbox
• Any Regular Checkup Required?— flag checkbox

The Checkup Details section records:

• Date— date of checkup
• Checkup Detail— e.g. Healthy, Blood test, Eye test
• Checkup Recommendation— doctor's notes

From this pop-up we can fill health details. Click Save & Close to save to the Health Detail tab, or Save & New to add another health record.

Student Signature & Internal Notes

The Student Signature tab stores the student's digital signature — it can be added in two ways: by drawing it on screen or by uploading it through the file manager.

The Internal Notes tab allows teachers to add private notes visible only to school staff — for example: 'Make Submission Of Assignment in time', 'Needs extra attention in Maths', or any welfare notes.

• Draw signature directly on screen with mouse or touch
• Or upload an existing signature image file
• Internal notes visible only to faculty and admin
• Notes stay with the student record permanently
• Both tabs accessible from the main student form header

The student signature can be added in two ways: by drawing it or by uploading it through the file manager. Internal notes are private and not visible to students or parents.

Faculty Health Detail & Checkup Records

Faculty health records follow the same structured format as student health. In the Faculty form, the Health Detail tab shows the health summary. Clicking any record opens the Open: Health Detail wizard:

• Type— Faculty (auto-set)
• Faculty— auto-linked to the faculty member
• Height (C.M.)— e.g. 5.40
• Weight— e.g. 73.00
• Blood Group— e.g. AB-ve
• Eye Glasses?— checkbox with Eye Glasses Number
• Physical Challenge?— flag
• Major Diseases?— flag
• Any Regular Checkup Required?— flag

Checkup Details section:

• Date— date of last checkup (e.g. 07/16/2024)
• Checkup Detail— result (e.g. Healthy)
• Checkup Recommendation— e.g. No

Here in this wizard user can add health details of faculty and can also create checkup details. All historical checkup records are stored and visible in the Checkup Details table.
