How Parent School Collaboration Works
The Parent School Collaboration module bridges the gap between parents and the institution. Each parent profile is stored with full contact and demographic details and automatically linked to their enrolled children. A magic filter allows instant lookup of students by Father's name or Surname.
Beyond the ERP, parents access a dedicated mobile app that shows live data for all their children — attendance percentage, exam results, fee status, upcoming meetings and downloadable reports. Parents can even request meetings with faculty directly from the app and join them via Google Meet.
Parents Menu — Navigation & Parent Form
The Parents menu is accessed from the Students navigation bar (Students → Parents). It shows all parent records in a searchable list. The Parent Form has a unique auto-generated Parent ID (e.g. PAR/2024/07/1).
The form captures complete parent/guardian information:
- Identity:Title (Mister/Mrs), Name, Father Name, Surname
- Address:Address Lines, Village, Province, District, State, Country, Pin Code
- Work:Job Position, Work Address, Education Level, Occupation
- Contact:Phone, Work Phone, Mobile, Emergency Contact, Email
- Source:How Know Our School (e.g. Through Relative, Through Google)
- Students tab:lists all linked children with Standard, Division and Roll Number
Magic Filter: In the parent form there is a magic filter by which you can get students information based on Father's name and Surname — instantly linking a parent to all their enrolled children.
Parent Kanban View & List View
Parents can be viewed in two modes:
Kanban View — Each card shows the parent's photo, Title, Name, Father Name, Surname, phone number and email. This gives a quick visual overview of all parents in the system.
List View — Shows all parents in a sortable table with Title, Name, Father Name and Surname columns. Here you can see all the parents' details in the list and kanban view.

Parent Dashboard — Live Academic Overview

Tap 'My Children' to see all enrolled children with their Standard, Division and Academic Year. Tap any child to view their details. Parents can also request meetings — select the child, enter topic, choose preferred faculty, set date and time.
